CLASS is a movement training session focused on endurance, strength, and coordination.

Each session places a clear focus on either the lower body or upper body, combining structured exercises with controlled movement patterns.

CLASS is suitable for all levels and aims to improve physical performance, body control, and overall movement quality.

In CLASS, the core principles of the Movement Experience become directly accessible:

  • Understanding the Body: The four qualities – Elastic, Colloid, Tensile, and Stiff – form the map. CLASS translates these qualities into clear, comprenensible training forms.
  • Experiencing Movement: We work with defined patterns, meaningful progressions, and ntuitive learning steps that train the body intelligently.
  • Creating Connection: Each session bridges exhibition content, everyday movement, and personal body learning, Movement becomes accessible – regardless of level or prior experience.
  • Experiencing Community: CLASS is an open space to explore how diverse, creative, and applicable movement can be.
